Yogesh has worked with PwC and KPMG over a 15-year career, advising multinational companies on business restructuring, tax-efficient supply chain modelling, litigation management, health check-ups and due diligence. He has assisted companies with registrations and approvals from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, and advises on customs valuation, HSN classification, project imports, MOOWR, AEO and BIS norms, anti-dumping duties, Foreign Trade Policy authorisations, SEZ set-up and exit, and EPR/waste-management compliance.
